About Rich Rezler
I've worked as a reporter, producer and editor at several professional news outlets; on the corporate communications team at one of the world’s most recognized retail brands; and as an entrepreneur providing writing, editing, design, public relations and social media solutions for a wide-ranging list of clients. One of those clients was Washtenaw Community College. I chose to join WCC full-time in November 2016 because, as a community college graduate myself, I'm a strong supporter and believer of its mission. After struggling at a four-year university directly out of high school, a journalism instructor at Delta College sparked something in me that would become my life's work — telling stories. Now I get to tell stories about WCC students who find their spark and life's work on our campus. A full circle!
I live in Chelsea with my wife, Sonja, and three children: Zoe, Mitchell and Alyse.
