The Richard W. Bailey Library provides access to, and empowers understanding of, the resources necessary to successfully meet the educational mission of Washtenaw Community College. Aligned with the College's mission and strategic directions, the Bailey Library, named
in honor of the long-serving college trustee, Richard W. Bailey, is committed to its
mission of being an integral part of the teaching/learning landscape, where users'
critical information literacy leads to transformative knowledge and behavior as lifelong

Users Services/Circulation PolicyUser Services welcomes individuals to the Richard W. Bailey Library. User Services provides access to Washtenaw Community College students, faculty and staff. Limited access to Richard W. Bailey Library is also available to members of the public not affiliated with Washtenaw Community College. User Services values the privacy of all library users in keeping with national standards. Collection Access PolicyThe Richard W. Bailey Library is committed to providing equitable access to our collections, services, and facilities for all library users. Where we do not achieve accessibility, we welcome all accommodation requests. Media Usage PolicyThe Richard W.
