Step 2: Get Set

This section contains resources including how to pay for college, academic and support services, plus other services to help you be successful during your time at WCC.

How to Pay for College

Financial Aid

WCC students may be able to get help paying for college with financial aid such as grants, loans and scholarships.

Students who wish to apply for financial aid must file a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).

If you plan to apply for financial aid, be sure to read these tips for a smooth financial aid experience.

Financial Aid Awards

If you have applied for financial aid you will need to login to your MyWCC account to view and accept your award(s). If your financial aid award covers a portion of your tuition, you will need to pay the balance in full or sign up for an ePayPlan.

Paying Your Tuition

There are a number of ways to pay your tuition at WCC. Students or parents/authorized users are able to pay tuition in full, set up an ePayPlan, or pay in other ways.

Be sure to make payments by the due dates.

This video explains how to pay your tuition or set up a payment plan

How to Register for Classes

Before you register for classes, you may need to take placement testing.  It’s also important to speak with an academic advisor to develop your course plan to  help you stay on track toward your degree.

How to Buy Textbooks

Each class will list any textbooks or course materials that are required, either in the course syllabus or in Blackboard. If you are unable find the textbooks and course materials needed for your class, please contact your instructor.
