Pitch@WCC is your chance to share a business idea and learn how to present it with confidence. You will build strong speaking skills and learn how to convince others to believe in your idea.
During the program, you will learn how to:
- Clearly explain a real problem
- Present a simple and strong solution
- Show who your idea helps
- Use research to support your pitch
- Understand basic money planning (how your idea could make money)
- Think about how your idea can grow
Rules
- Open to students only.
You must be a currently registered student to compete. - Compete solo or as a team.
- You may enter:
- Individually, OR
- As a team of up to 4 students
- Finalists will be selected by judges.
A panel of judges will choose approximately 6 finalists to compete at the live Pitch Competition on May 6, 2026. - Finalists must commit to preparation.
- If selected, you must:
- Complete up to 10 hours of coaching in April
- Create a business pitch deck (PowerPoint)
- Participate in required meetings and rehearsal
- Be creative and have fun!
